Days later the same labs that branded any controls “decelerationist” are suddenly open to regulation—on their terms. Steve Bannon and EJ Antoni break down the Walmart/Amazon minimum-wage playbook: rules that hurt everyone, but crush smaller rivals harder and wall off the market for a handful of expensive, high-token-cost models. Third-party “evaluators” with financial ties to the same companies look like the fox guarding the henhouse.010461 h ago

How it works
One line, not two products. What you reply to is what Sonket learns, and what it learns writes your next post.
1Listen
Tell it what to watch
The topics you know, the accounts you want to be seen by, and the names people use for you or your product.
Topicnotion alternativeMentionyour productAccount@levelsio2Listen
It reads two ways
Let Sonket check automatically every 5 to 60 minutes, or send it a post already in front of you with the browser extension. Both enter the same feed.
Automatic watches
Sonket checks inside the hours you pick. Posts older than 30 minutes stay out.
Browser extension
Send the post on your screen, with its real text, date and counts, in one click.
Both arrive in the same feed, ready to score and draft.3Listen
It scores, then drafts
Recency, the author's reach, and whether the thread is still open. A draft has to add a point or it is refused.

82anyone know a tool that watches notion alternative and pings me? checking by hand is killing me
Your draft
Built one for exactly this. The bit that took longest was not the search, it was deciding what is worth waking you up for.
4Listen
You reply by hand
You copy it, edit it, and post it yourself. Sonket holds no write access to your account. The guard keeps the count.

3 of 20 this hour, 3 a day to any one account.
5Grow
It learns from that
The gap between the draft and what you actually sent becomes a line you own. So does anything you keep with the browser extension.
Added to your memory
- Answers with the trade-off first, never the pitch.
- Names the thing it took longest to get right.
6Grow
It writes what to post next
Post ideas, a series, and your profile's own fixes, all off that memory. Any figure it cannot source stays a blank for you to fill.
An idea, from what works for people like you
The [N] things I stopped building into the watcher, and why every one of them made it worse.
Copy stays off until you fill the blank. Sonket never posts it.
Browser extension
Send the post or profile already on screen to Sonket, with its real text, date and counts. No X API call.
Download for your browser
Beta on X via manual install. Browser stores and more platforms are next.
Runs only when you click. It never reads your login, scrolls the page, or posts for you.
How to install
- 1. Unzip the download.
- 2. Load the folder from your browser's Extensions page.
- 3. Add your Sonket key and choose a project.
Firefox: open about:debugging, choose Load Temporary Add-on, then select the manifest. It is removed when Firefox restarts.

Send to Sonket
It never posts for you.
Sonket holds no write permission on your account. Not for posting, liking, following, or messages. Not now, not as a later feature.
Pricing
Top up a balance, pay per blip. Or a flat $9 a month on your own keys.
Watches
20
Topics, mentions and watched accounts, all one kind here. A tight topic reads about 150 blips a month, an account about 40.
Blips a month, per platform
1,000
A blip is one post Sonket reads for you. Tight queries stretch them. You top up a balance and every blip charges it, so reads stop at zero or at your daily or monthly limit, never a surprise bill. Above 2,000 X blips in a month the X rate drops to $0.012.
Platforms
X is $0.015 a blip, $0.012 after 2,000 X blips in a month. Hacker News, YouTube, Bluesky and Reddit are $0.005 a blip. Reddit arrives later at that price. One balance covers all of them.
50 AI actions a day free: drafts, chat turns, post ideas. After that about half a cent each.

Short answers to what people ask first. Missing one? Ask on X.
Does Sonket post replies for me?
No. It shows you the post and a draft. You post on X yourself. It has no write access to your account and never will.
How often does it check?
As often as you set, per project: every 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, only inside the hours you choose. Five is the default because replies get most of their reach in the first half hour, and the earliest ones get the most. A slower pace means fewer pings and a smaller bill.
What does it watch?
Three kinds of channel: topics you want to be found in, mentions of you or your product, and specific accounts whose posts you want to be early on.
How does it know my voice?
You write it. A memory of lines about how you sound, what you build and what to keep away from, which goes whole in front of every draft. Start it from a CV, a page or pasted text and tick the lines you keep, edit it whenever, and let a reply you actually sent add a line when you want it to.
What is the deboost guard?
Limits X is known to penalise, enforced before you post: 20 replies an hour, 40 a day, 3 a day to any one account, no links, no near-duplicate replies.
Where do the pings arrive?
Email, sent from the run that found the post rather than on a schedule, so it arrives within minutes. You set how high a post must score to be worth one. Telegram and browser push are next.
Is there a free plan?
No. You top up a balance and pay per blip, or subscribe with your own keys. To look around first, try the demo: a read-only account, the link comes by email.
Can I watch adult content?
No. Sonket is not for adult or explicit content. Those terms are refused when you add a watch, so nothing is read and nothing is charged, and the quality gate drops sexual content from every feed anyway. It is in the terms as well.
What does bring your own keys mean?
You add your own API keys on the Keys page, one for each platform that needs one, plus a key for the model that writes your drafts. Sonket runs on them, so the limits are whatever your keys allow, and you pay each provider directly. Sonket charges a flat nine dollars a month for the software.
