One person builds this. It watches four platforms, spends real money on every read, and sends email, so there are more ways for it to be wrong than one person finds alone. If something breaks, or a number looks wrong, or a draft comes out badly, tell me and I will answer.

What helps

• The page you were on, or the email it came from.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• Roughly when, so the run can be found in the logs.
• A screenshot, if it was something you could see.

Money is the exception

If a charge looks wrong, say so and it is corrected in full, whenever you notice it. That is not a beta courtesy, it is written down in the refund policy. You can also write to [email protected] directly, which is the same inbox this form reaches.
